Minister Ramsay appears before the Senate Committee on Energy, the Environment and Natural Resources
Text of speech (check against delivery): Honourable members, thank you for the invitation to address the Senate Committee on Energy, the Environment and Natural Resources.
Minister David Ramsay is in Ottawa today to meet with the federal, provincial and territorial ministers responsible for international trade. They discussed Canada’s international trade agenda and the need for trade diversification to ensure optimum benefits to Canadian workers and their families.
Fort Providence (February 28, 2012) – Canada’s largest river, the Mackenzie, has now been spanned. Truss sections connecting the north and south sections of the Deh Cho Bridge came together on Sunday, February 26. Work crews shook hands across the newly connected trusses, marking a crucial milestone in the construction of the bridge.
YELLOWKNIFE (February 28, 2012) – The Northwest Territories results for the 2011 Alberta Achievement Tests (AAT), Functional Grade Levels (FGL) and attendance were released today.
